In May the company introduced Integrify 4.7 an update to its core product. Enabling customers to create processes and time based events reflective of the organization's business hours and holiday schedule, Included in this update was an innovation allowing customers to set a custom calendar for business days and business hours that the system follows.

He continued: "Ease of use is a key principal at Integrify and the ease of deployment with Integrify OnDemand, whether bringing Integrify into existing IT operations or adding departments to existing customer accounts is accelerating product adoption and proliferation within accounts."

The success of the quarter was driven by existing account growth as well as new customer wins in highly regulated fields including medical, financial services and legal sectors, where Integrify's solution for managing human-centric processes with 100% visibility has established the company as a key leader.
