The acquisition means, for BlueCielo, a strategic expansion of its product portfolio with increased synergy in the areas of product development and internationalization. CAD & Company is enabled, by selling its ECM division, to focus completely on delivering, integrating and providing support for its design and ICT solutions for the construction and metal-processing industries.
